I did not do much writing, but I did do some editing and worked on my book cover. My latest book had come to a stand still so sometimes I work backwards to get back on track. That means that working on the book cover replenished my excitement and passion for this book. I truly love it.
My goal is to hopefully finish it in the next two months.
Why you ask?
Well.. NaNoWriMo is just two months away. If you are not aware, November is NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month). If my plan works (and it may or may not), then my current book will be finished by November then I can start writing the sequel in November. Oh yeah! You heard me right! A SEQUEL!!!! I am beyond excited. As of right now, this is the beginning of the Periculosis Series. Keep in mind, names might change, the cover might change, but the words behind FERVOR will not. I am in love with the characters and absolutely CANNOT wait to share them with the world! (When they are ready of course!)
In between working on my new book cover and some editing, I also found a website that I will need soon:
How to Make Tutus!
Yes, that is right. If you know me then are rechecking the fact that I wrote this. Yep. I did. I said recently that I was changing some things up and well...I didn't steer you wrong. I am still a hermit most of the time.....when I can be. But I am also just making sure I enjoy life those times that I get out in the world.
So why do I need a tutu?
Well...you cannot run The Color Run without just totally going all the way and wearing a tutu!
For now, you can just picture me looking incredibly dorky...well, more dorky than usual. :)
Before I end this post, good luck to all the teachers out there that are just now starting their school year. This is my 3rd week, but others are just starting. Good luck and if you get a chance, let me know how your week is going! If you have teacher friends that want a cute pick-me-up, my ebook is free for just a couple more days!!!!
